The trip, in my eyes, was a lot of fun. I got away from work and Flint for a week, hung out with a couple of my good friends, got to relive a bit of my childhood and my messageboard didn’t get hax’d in the process. I’m gonna sort through my my pictures and put the creme de la creme (and the suckage) up on the internets for everyone.

Expect that sometime tomorrow.

So far, the trip up north has been a nice get away. I’m currently typing this at a McDonald’s in Grayling, so yeah.

Monday, was spent driving up here, making RP characters and the like. Thank God for Tivo, for it has saved Brad, Spencer and I from bored on a couple of occastions.

Yesterday, we went to Petoskey and I got to relive a bit of my childhood. I got to putz around the Harbor Spring and Petoskey waterfronts, I got to get a brownie from the Goodhart General Store, and we spent some time on M-119. My only regret is that we didn’t get a chance to spend more time in Petoskey. Ohh well, perhaps next time.

Which brings us to today, which is rainy as all shit. I think we’re going to be doing the Zombie DnD campaign when we get back to Brad’s cabin.

Day 2 of the trip might be the last day I have wifi. I’m writing this from the Petoskey City park, which has Wifi.

Brad, Spencer and I leave for the Great White North (aka Grayling) for the week. Should be fun and it’ll be nice to get away from Genesee County for the week. I’ll take lots of photos and share them when I get back/find an open wifi.

No, I’m not dead, it just appears that I don’t have the attention span to keep a blog going. I’ll will try better.

I havent’ been working on the xBox project because my memory stick is dead and I haven’t had the cash to buy another one. I do have everything else I need (lan cable, Mechwarrior, usb to xBox dongles), the only thing I’m worried about is that my only USB keyboard won’t work. It’s a laptop style keyboard.

I need to move out of my house. Not because I’m wtfrebelling against my parents, but because I need to get on with my life.

Speaking of hard shots, I’m thinking about going back to school, but not UMF. I’m seriously considering ITT. Before you start spouting “zomg hax” comments, I want to do something with computers, UMF’s CS dept sucks and I want to do this without accrewing even more debt, so ITT seems like a logical choice.

I need to stop playing Video games and read more. And work on my website. And stuff.

Sorry about the rambly post, but I need to get some of this stuff of my chest
